The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized its 6th Annual Education Conclave on the 23rd of December 2023 at The Oberoi Grand, Kolkata. The conclave had erudite speakers who shared with us their views, recommendations and suggestions on the future of education.

Theme of the Conclave

The theme this year was- The Future of Education. The Education system is expected to undergo changes as the world is changing. New modes of learning are slowly evolving. Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning, Data Science, etc. are gaining momentum. The students are also choosing new avenues as career –Film, Music, Theatre, Yoga, Sports etc. are also being taken up as subjects for higher Studies. A new term which has been quite popular is STEM Education. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
