The Heritage Committee of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry has organized the 4th edition of Heritage Walk, titled "Heritage Trail: Exploring Bengal Chamber to Mohun Bagan” on Tuesday, 23rd January 2024, from 7:00 a.m.

Walking Tours are the best way to learn about a city and understand its culture, tradition and philosophy. As such, the BCC&I Heritage Walk made one look back with wonder and reminded us of our rich culture and history as we explored the streets with a new perspective. This initiative also created an interest towards promoting care for the conservation and restoration of Heritage.

Walk started from The Bengal Chamber proceed southwards 🡢 Eastern Railway HQ 🡢 Fairlie Place 🡢 Calcutta Collectorate 🡢 GPO 🡢 turn westwards 🡢 Writers Building 🡢 Bankshall Court 🡢 Hare Street to Church Lane 🡢 Kiran Sankar Roy Road 🡢 Old Post Office Street 🡢 High Court 🡢 Assembly House 🡢 Town Hall 🡢 Akashbani Bhavan 🡢 Eden Gardens 🡢 Mohun Bagan Club

A total 40 participants joined the walk, which ended at the Mohun Bagan Club, one of the oldest football clubs in Asia, many Mohun Bagan Fans took part in the tour and they were extremely excited to visit the club.

Along with The Bengal Chamber, the fourth edition of the Heritage Walk Quiz was organized In association with Caring Minds; Powered by East India Pharmaceutical Works Ltd, Das Roto Print; Supported Girish Chandra Ghosh &  GGS. The entire initiative was hugely appreciated by all who participated.
