The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in association with Dhruva Advisors LLP, organized “Union Budget 2024 - 25: An In-depth Analysis” on 24th July, 2024 in Hybrid Mode, on an online platform and in The Park, Kolkata, focusing on the detailed analysis and discussion on the proposals presented in the Union Budget 2024-25.
The Chamber’s Overview on Union Budget 2024-25 was presented by Mr. Subir Chakraborty, Immediate Former President, The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Mr. Dinesh Kanabar, CEO, Dhruva Advisors LLP, presented the views on the Union Budget 2024-25 on behalf of Dhruva Advisors LLP.
Prof. Dr. Abhirup Sarkar, Eminent Economist and Chairman, West Bengal Infrastructure Development Finance Corporation Limited deliberated on Economic Perspectives on Union Budget 2024-25.
It was followed by experts’ comments on implications of the Budget on Direct & Indirect Taxes. Union Budget 2024-25 Analysis Session was attended by more than 120 participants at The Park, Kolkata and around 100 participants also joined virtually.
