The Sports Development Committee of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce organized the 1st Edition of BCC&I Corporate Badminton Gold Cup 2024 to promote good health, sportsmanship and positive relationships among colleagues under the guidance of Mr. Subrata Dutta, Sports Development Committee, BCC&I, Managing Director, The George Telegraph Group, Mr. Sekhar Biswas, Hony General Secretary, West Bengal Badminton Association, Vice President and Chairman-Tournament Committee, Badminton Association of India.

The 3-day long tournament was held at Star Badminton Academy, Harinavi where 12 teams participated. The participating teams were SavouritesHospitality Pvt. Ltd. (6 Ballygunge Place); CESC Limited; HSBC India; Woodlands Multispeciality Hospital Private Limited (WMHL); PwC India; Linde India; HDFC ERGO GIC LTD; The Bhawanipur College Education Society; The Telegraph (ABP Group); NICCO Engineering Services Ltd.; Om Dayal Group and Rotary Techno Netralaya. The Winner of the 1st edition of BCC&I Corporate Badminton Gold Cup 2024 was Savourites Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. (6 Ballygunge Place). The 1st Runner-Up was NICCO Engineering Services Ltd. Linde India & PWC India were the 2nd Runner-Ups.
