The Wellness and Communities Committee of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry in association with Balmer Lawrie & Co Ltd ; Kolkata's ICF Coaching Community and ICF Educators curated a workshop titled "Coaching for All" dedicated to the Members of The Chamber on 4th April 2024 at ITC Room, The Bengal Chamber Premises.

Ms. Magdalena Mook, CEO of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) graced the occasion through online platform along with Dr. Ratna Sinha, Mentor of Wellness & Communities, BCC&I,  Mr Adhip Pal Chaudhuri, Director Service Business, Balmer Lawrie & Co Ltd, Mr Partho Chatterjee

HR- Adviser, ICF Global Member, Associate Certified Coach (ICF); Ms . Sharmi Roy, Executive Coach, Coach Educator, CEO-Coachezzy and Founder Director-Art To Lead; and other senior representatives were also physically present.

The workshop had 3 different sessions. The first one focused on "Coaching and Women Leaders: Challenges and Opportunities," The second one focused on "Coaching for Business Leaders/Executives/Organization," and the third one discussed the importance of "Coaching for Diversity, Inclusion, and Growth," which reflected the diverse facets of coaching's transformative potential. 

This workshop featured a compelling agenda, including a roundtable discussion and panel sessions. Distinguished leaders from various spheres in Kolkata convened to delve into the profound impact of coaching on personal and professional transformation. The initiative received support from key entities, namely Balmer Lawrie & Co Ltd, Coachezzy Art To Lead Coach Education, Moulting Caterpillar LLP, and Neuro Leadership Training Pvt Ltd, signifying a unified commitment towards advancing coaching practices.

Overall the workshop was a successful one and had the presence of Senior Dignitaries such as CXO’s, HR’s , Coaching Professionals, and various other Industry stakeholders. The conclave was well attended by more than 70 participants. The entire programme was very well covered by leading media houses.
